Pizzelles are a tasty, amazing snack you can eat at any time! They are very fun to make! Hope you enjoy!

3 eggs
2 cups of gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of anise or extract (optional)
1/2 cup butter, margarine or oil, melted (1/4 lb.)                                   2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. beat eggs and sugar.
  2. 2.Add melted butter, vanilla, and anise or extract. 3.add flour and baking powder. Batter will be stiff enough to be dropped by a spoon. Batter can be refrigerated until needed.
