2 cups of gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of anise or extract (optional)
1/2 cup butter, margarine or oil, melted (1/4 lb.) 2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- beat eggs and sugar. 2.Add melted butter, vanilla, and anise or extract. 3.add flour and baking powder. Batter will be stiff enough to be dropped by a spoon. Batter can be refrigerated until needed.
