Fruit Salad with Lime Dressing

A quick fruit salad with the most addicting like dressing is sure to please your guests.

Lime and mint make like, the best dressing ever, right? You will find out when you make it. Because I hope you will.

I have tons of different fruits in here, mango, watermelon, kiwi and pomegranate. But you can omit the pomegranite if it’s not available or don’t like it. It’s delicious either way.

Look at the colors….. It’s like eating a rainbow.

You can also add strawberries to this but I decided not to because I figured four different fruits are enough.

Now let’s talk about the lime dressing. It’s only three ingredients lime juice, sugar, and mint. Then you just pour it over the fruit salad and let in marinate. I live this because then I can make it the night before entertaining or a few hours.

  1. Love fruit salads! And that dressing looks wonderful. We sometimes use sparkling wine as a “dressing” for fruit salads, but your lime dressing looks better. Thanks!
