Berry Yogurt Salad

The easiest thing ever, pair it with your morning breakfast or brunch for an easy side.

I have big news!!! We moved to Arizona! It really is a big temperature difference compared to Ohio. The past two months have been a roller coaster of a ride and now I have to rely on ten things in my pantry. The drive out here was pretty tough with the  family. Instead of the overly used “are we there yet?” There were cries of “where is the next Chick-fil-a?”

I kind of feel silly posting such a simple recipe. But you can modify it to your liking. Add blackberries, less strawberries, more blueberries. You can also add some fresh chopped mint or lemon zest to give it some added flavor.

Why am I posting this in the middle of the year? Because we’re in Arizona and it’s still 70 degrees. I know it doesn’t seem very hot, but compared to Ohio it’s amazing. The sun shines basically every day here.

I got all of these berries because the store had a sale. So naturally I just had to make a Quiche and serve this alongside. With a tall glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Fruit overload. Not really, I love berries as a snack. What is your favorite berry? Mine must be raspberries, when a store has a sale I stock up. Because they don’t have raspberry picking in Arizona!!

Say whhhhaaaaaatttttt????? I wish there was. But enough about berry picking in Arizona.
