bunny&cookie compilation

If you have spent any time looking at our blog, you may have noticed that we have a lot of cookie recipes. Can you really blame us though? They are delicious, easy, and very portable. In this post, We’ve rounded up our favorite cookie recipes, from the classic chocolate chip to cream cheese filled lemon cookies.

In case you were wondering, we just felt like sticking that bunny picture in there.

1. Chocolate Chip

Classic and delicious, these chocolate chip cookies are packed with melty chips. Their crisp exterior conceals a soft inside. They are super easy to whip up for a last minute dessert.

2. Lemon Cream Cheese Filled Cookies

While these may not be the most conventional cookies, they are one of my favorite kinds. They are as tasty as a cheesecake but take a fraction of the time.

3. Butterscotch Cookies

Butterscotch is a yummy, and in my opinion, underused flavor. This recipe is a great holiday treat with its festive and warm flavor.

4. Chocolate Pizookie

Pizookies, short for pizza cookies, are an incredible homemade version of those cookie pies pizza places sell. This double chocolate pizookie is incredible topped with vanilla ice cream or just plain.

5. Coconut Macaroons

Coconut macaroons are one of the easiest cookies on this list. Made with only three ingredients, these macaroons are about as simple & delicious as you can get.

6. Lemon Cheesecake Macarons

About a million miles away from the similarly named macaroons, these macarons are incredible. They do take some extra effort compared to the other cookies on this list, but are definitely worth it

    1. Thanks! I’ve tried everything but the chocolate pizookie and chocolate chip cookies, because those are Eva’s recipes. Of mine, I would say the easiest on this list is probably either the coconut macaroons or the butterscotch cookies. The other recipes are still pretty easy, just a bit more involved.
