Smoothies. there like a glass of creamy fruity dynamite.
when we first moved to AZ we had no blender. and i was like, ‘what do i do???’ i was smoothie-less for 2. whole. months.
anyway here i am to give you epic inspiration. you can make smoothies fruit-less, ice-less, you can make smoothies out of almost anything. comment bellow if you have a favorite combo!
ice: i don’t use ice. it makes it watered down and a lot of the time the ice is in chunks and isn’t pleasant to eat in a smoothie. i recommend using frozen fruit and cold liquid. use room temp bananas for creaminess.
banana blackberries raspberries mango

zuchinni sweet potato, steamed and frozen celery
chia seeds hemp hearts peanut butter almond butter
sunflower butter chocolate protein powder
cranberry juice almond milk cashew milk milk
lemonade rice milk

coconut oil Greek or vanilla yogurt vanilla extract
Some of my favorite combinations:
Chocolate banana: 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 6 frozen strawberries.
Banana berry: 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup spinach
Spinach protein smoothie: 1 cup packed spinach, 1 banana, frozen, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/3 cup almond milk
Peach cherry: 1 cup frozen peach, 1/2 cup frozen cherries, 1/3 cup frozen berries, 1 banana, 3/4 cup almond milk
Cherry vanilla: 1 cup frozen cherries, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (more like a shake, but its delicious!)
