Apple Rhubarb Berry Crisp


This crisp can by eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!!! It’s amazing with whipped cream topped on it.

Apple Rhubarb Berry Crisp

a dozen apples peeled and sliced

2 cups of chopped rhubarb

any berry you want (for this one I used organic blueberries and cherries)

2 1/4 cups of GF oats

1 cup of chopped pecans (recommended to taste)

1 stick of butter melted –  substitute with coconut oil

1/2 cup of brown sugar –  substitute with maple syrup or coconut sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix fruit and rhubarb in a 9 by 13 inch pan
  3. Melt butter
  4. Mix all topping ingredients into the butter
  5. Press topping onto the top of the berry mix
  6. Cook for 45 minutes or until edges are slightly brown
  7. top with whipped cream and enjoy!!! 🙂
