No-bake Cookie Bites

Four ingredients. Five minutes. No-bake. It’s a win-win

I love peanut butter. In fact, im eating these cookie bites as I write this. I’m serious. Just look at that photo. Like seriously, how can you resist?

These are pretty straight forward. We’re going to start by mixing peanut butter, honey, oats and chocolate chips in a bowl. This only makes about 10 bites so you can do it in a small bowl.

Next were going to roll the dough into heaping tablespoons full balls. then you can choose to chill in the fridge until set, or eat them immediately. I like both ways.

These are only sweetened with honey, so no refined sugars are involved. they are also packed with protein.

      1. I have tried them! I used set honey rather than runny honey so had to add water to make them stick together. But they were so yummy and the rest of my family liked them too! Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. I am in L-O-V-E with your recipes and photos! Oats are, without a doubt, one of my favourite foods of all time. Great post, and I look forward to more in the future. ๐Ÿ™‚ Chocolate chips are the perfect addition here.

        1. Yay! I’m glad you liked them! Chocolate chips never last a day in our house too! Its mostly my fault though, since I make so many cookies and no-bake things!
