Hi! I, as the page title suggests, am Lara! I love to cook and bake, especially when it means using new ingredients. That’s one of the things I enjoy most about gluten free baking. There are so many different flours and other ingredients that many non-gluten free chefs might not think to use, but can improve a dish significantly. I am not gluten free myself, but I love to make meals for my wheat intolerant sister and dad.
